Dubai Islands will host the second round of the Dubai Kitesurf Open today & tomorrow which is organized by Dubai International Marine Club under the current sports season 2022-2023 under the supervision of the UAE Sailing and Rowing Federation (UAESARF) and in cooperation with Emirates Kiteboarding Association (EKA) for six consecutive seasons now.
