Dubai International Marine Club attends the 8th Dubai Sports Excellence Model Ceremony for the season 2018-2019 & 2019-2020, held yesterday (Thursday) under the slogan: "Unlimited Ambitions". The club received an award for being the Best Institution under the Season Achievement Category that represents the club's commitment to high standards and for the success in organizing the 30th Al Gaffal Race.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council honors the winners of the Dubai Sports Excellence Awards. Receiving on behalf of DIMC for being the Best Institution is Saif Juma Al Suwaidi, the club Vice-Chairman.

Al Suwaidi, express his deep gratitude towards the leaders of the UAE for their continuous support and interest in the field of sports particularly watersports. 

He extends his appreciation to Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, for sponsoring the ceremony that motivates the club and their affiliates towards excellence.

Al Suwaidi congratulated the club’s Board of Directors and Employees for their hard works and commitment in the last season revealed by achieving the Best Institution. HE said that this award will motivate the club for more success. 

He also congratulated the Pioneers of Sports Awardee including Khalfan Harel Al Falahi and Ali Nasser Belhabala of Victory Team / DIMC for their outstanding Sports contribution.
