Hazza Mohammed Abdul Aziz Rabei Al Muhairi participant no. 11 topped the overall standing for the Dubai Fishing Championship (Kingfish Category) which was organized by Dubai International Marine Club as part of the last sports season 2021-2022.
While Ali Saeed Al Mazrouei took over the first place in the Cobia Category in the two rounds held this season on the 23rd-26th of February and 9-12th of March 2022.
The Dubai Fishing Championship achieved a great success represented by huge participation coming from all the segments of the community including the fishing enthusiast and professionals to showcase their skills and experience in fishing.
During the two rounds which were held for over four days each, the competitor was able to hand over around 40 Kingfish and 12 for Cobia Category.
The total weight of the fish caught in the first round is 428.6 KG and in the second round is 524.60 KG in total the participants were able to hand over a 953.2 KG of fish.
Hazza Mohammed Abdul Aziz Rabei Al Muhairi participant no. 11 succeeded in catching two Kingfish in the first round with a total weight of 62.9 KG to top the overall ranking in the Dubai Fishing Competition surpassing his top competitor Tariq Mahmoud Abdullah Al-Mansoori whose total was 59.6 KG. The third place went to Salem Mosbeh Salem Hamad Al Falasi with a total of 45.2 KG caught fish.
In the Cobia Competition, Ali Saeed Al Mazrouei took over the lead after successfully catching two fish with a total weight of 54.1 KG ahead of the second-place participant no. 38 Faris Abdullah Mohammed Al Shamsi with a total weight of 43.9 KG and the third place goes to Abdul Qader Ahmed Abdul Qadir Al Wahidi with a total weight of 40.70 KG fish.
