Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) is excited to welcome in Dubai the Emirates Dubai Sail Grand Prix, an international event that will take place at Mina Rashid Port on 9th & 10th of December featuring the participation of 10 International Teams for the second consecutive year now.

Ahmad Saeed bin Meshar, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dubai International Marine Club, commended the efforts and role of P&O Marina as the event organizer, the support from the Dubai Sports Council, and the continuous sponsorship from Emirates Airlines, which reaffirms its commitment to supporting marine sports activities and events along Dubai's shores.

He emphasized that this highly anticipated event, which achieved remarkable success last year, stands as the world's strongest, best, and most advanced race, capturing the attention of international marine sports enthusiasts and uniting elite international sailors and teams.

Bin Meshar highlighted that hosting the sixth stage, among the 13 stages of the fourth season, further solidifies Dubai's position as a leading global sports destination, the capital of sports in the region and the Middle East, and a hub for marine sports enthusiasts. Dubai will once again join the ranks of major cities and capitals that host this prestigious award.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai International Marine Club reiterated the club's commitment to ensuring the success of this global event by providing the necessary support through its various departments and divisions. This partnership with P&O Marina continues from last season after the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding (MoU).
