Registration closes today for the 22ft Dhow Sailing Race tomorrow in celebration of the 51st UAE National Day which is organized by Dubai International Marine Club within the sports season 2022-2023. 

It is expected that the organizing committee will announce the list of participating boats in a great event that will be held in conjunction with the National Day celebration on Jumeirah Beach overlooking Dubai's scenic waterfront. 

As per the organizing committee-approved timetable, the race will begin tomorrow (Saturday) with the Milling Area Inspection and to check the participants will be categorized into two: Junior & Youth prior to the start of the race with a distance of 5 nautical miles toward the finish line.

On the other hand, the club's headquarters in Dubai Harbor (Al Mina Al Seyahi) witnessed an expressive national celebration instilled with the 51st spirit of the union, with the presence of Mohammed Harib, CEO of DIMC with various department heads and employee's of the club.

DIMC family together with the management of the Victory Team celebrated National Day with an event inspired by the UAE progressive's history.
