Dubai International Marine Club would like to thank Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center for its active participation in the success of the 26th edition of the Al Maktoum Cup Traditional Rowing Race which took place last Saturday at the Al Jaddaf area.
Saif Juma Al Suwaidi the Vice Chairman at DIMC acknowledges the participation of Hamdan Bin Mohammad Heritage Center in the festivity for the 26th Al Maktoum Cup Traditional Rowing Race thru “Izbat Al Bush “program that shows tradition in the local rowing boat race and fishing. It also includes the Pearl Diving exhibition by Jailbot Marine, the workshop and manufacturer of boats in the UAE founded by Badr Hakim Muhammad Thani, and the Sheikh Zayed Museum of Maritime Heritage thru its founder Saleh Hanbaloah Al-Shehhi, who gave an explanation about the lives of our people in the past and their passion for sailing.
Al Suwaidi would like to extend his sincere gratitude towards Abdullah Hamdan Abdullah bin Dalmuk the CEO of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center for his continuous support and cooperation as well as for the supervision of the event by Zainab Muhammad Al Bishr , the Head of the Cultural and Heritage Services Department and Mansour Al Amiri , the Head of Heritage Site Section , who received the commemorative shield from Al Suwadi during the closing ceremony of the event.
