The Dubai International Marine Club participated as a sponsor of the Virtus CS12* International Show Jumping Cup, hosted by the Emirates Equestrian Center under the supervision of the UAE Equestrian Federation and with the official sponsorship of Longines and Majestic.

The Dubai International Marine Club initiative comes as a translation of the directives of the club’s Board of Directors, headed by Ahmed Saeed bin Meshar, to enhance cooperation with national institutions, federations, and clubs in all sports fields in a way that serves the public interest.

DIMC participated through the management of the Victory Team at the Virtus Grand Prix, showcasing the Victory Team powerboats, which took the center stage arena. Mohammed Harib, Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai International Marine Club, said, 'On behalf of the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC), I’m delighted to participate in a prestigious sporting event such as Virtus International Show Jumping Cup 2023. This event brings together the world’s elite riders and horses in a major sporting challenge on the land of the UAE, in preparation for the 33rd Summer Olympic Games (Paris 2024).

He stressed that DIMC participation plays an inspiring role in promoting and spreading marine sports by reviving the heritage of our ancestors, providing opportunities for the club to collaborate to serve the public interest, as well as to inspire others through stories of achievement and successes. The Victory Team has become a landmark in the history of international powerboat racing, ranking No. 1 in the competition for titles and providing a unique product bearing the phrase ‘Made in the UAE,' manufacturing speedboats and boats of various types. These products are displayed for the first time in front of a large audience of equestrian enthusiasts as part of the tournament activities. He praised the initiative of the organizing committee and invited the club to be part of the event, expressing his wishes for the continuation of this fruitful cooperation.
