Dubai Junior Regatta Second Round on Saturday which is organized by Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) under the marine sports season 2018-2019 in cooperation with the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) to be held in their area in Umm Suqeim 1.

The Dubai Junior Regatta for the second time this season after the successful launch of the first round last February wherein the club was able to gather around 40 participants (male & female) representing various clubs in the UAE such as Abu Dhabi Sailing and Yatch Club , Al Hamriya Community Sports Club, the Sailing Club of Ras Al Khaimah in addition to the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club.

The competition is open for four type of classes such as Optimist Boys (under 12 years old), Optimist Girls (under 12 years old), Laser 4.7 Boys (Under 17 years old) and Laser 4.7 Girls (Under 17 years old). It will be a full day of sailing as per the event time table  the registration will start at 08:00 HRS followed by the briefing at at 09:00 HRS and at 10:00 HRS the 1st Warning Signal then followed by the Break Ashore in between 12:00 -13:00 HRS. In the afternoon the race will start again at 13:45 signify by the 1st Warning Signal then followed by 15:30 HRS the No More Signal. Right after the race will be the awarding for the winners at around 16:30 HRS.
