Dubai Police and DIMC joint celebration of the UAE Flag Day

The Dubai International Marine Club on Tuesday morning organized a celebration of the UAE Flag Day 🇦🇪 wherein we witnessed a ceremony following the precautionary measure protocol issued by the national authorities with the active participation of the General Command of the Dubai Police represented by General Administration for Security of Authorities, Facilities and Emergencies and the Maritime Rescue Department.

Mohammed Hareb, CEO of the Dubai International Marine Club and Lt. Colonel Ali Abdullah Al Naqbi, head of the Maritime Rescue Department at Dubai Police, raised the flag in the presence of Major Ahmed Khalifa Al Mazina from the General Administration for Security of Authorities, Facilities and Emergencies in the presence of the officers and members of Dubai Police in addition to Directors Departments and Race Department in the Dubai International Marine Club.

The flag raising ceremony was combination of the past and present of the people in the sea that took place at the club headquarter located at the new waterfront project in Dubai Harbour near the Dubai Marina Canal through the participation of the traditional rowing boat (30ft) team of the Dubai Police under the supervision of  First Lieutenant Muhammad Ismail Mashmum Al Falasi, who carried the colors of the UAE flag, while with the Victory Team XCAt boat and also some of their administration participated. 

Mohammed Abdullah Hareb, the CEO of the club said that the Flag Day is a solid and beautiful national occasion that expresses everyone’s pride in the symbol and pride of the state. He praised the cooperation of the Dubai Police represented by General Administration for Security of Authorities, Facilities and Emergencies and the Maritime Rescue Department.
