The organizing committee of the Dubai International Marine Club has decided to postpone the Dubai Traditional Dhow Sailing Race (60ft), the second round of the Dubai Championship 2023-2024, which was scheduled to be held today, Sunday, within the current sports season 2023-2024. A new date for the event will be determined later.

During the coming period, the Dubai International Marine Club is preparing to organize the 33rd edition of the Al Gaffal Long Distance Race, dedicated as the final round of the 60ft Dhow Racing category. The race will start from Sir Bu Na'air Island to Dubai shore and has been scheduled for the 10th to 12th of May 2024.
