Full Day of Watersports Activity in Dubai Beaches

Dubai Watersports Summer Week was organized by Dubai International Marine Club in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, regarding the return of sports competitions in the Emirate of Dubai that will continue today(Friday) until Saturday.

The activities of the week started yesterday (Thursday) from Al Sharooq Beach with two events, Motosurf and Flyboard with a huge participation of the professional and beginners of the sports.

Today, Friday will be a busy day at Dubai beach as we witnessed several waterports activities starting from the morning until evening with three activities Kayak Fishing, Stand Up Paddling and Kitesurfing that will attract marine sports enthusiast and residence of the emirates.

The competition was launched early in the morning that indicate the start of the Kayak Fishing competition which is one of the ongoing event at DIMC where the participants will try to catch the Jesh & Queenfish wherein the club sent the rules and regulation to the participant via SMS.  Today also at 7 am, we will witness the Stand Up Paddling competition which is open for all participants in cooperation with Kite N Surf. And in the evening the Kitesurf competition at Nessnass Beach wherein in the previous events we have seen an increase in participation and becoming popular in the country.

The organizing committee has completed all the technical and logistic equipment needed in the success of the three events at Dubai Beach while putting a high standard at the precautionary measure issued by the government.
