DIMC organizes on Friday, 28th August 2020 the Stand Up Paddling event “We Paddle for Dubai” bringing the fun to Burj Khalifa Water Lake for the first time. The event reaches a high volume of participation in a various segment of the society. The registration is ongoing until this Thursday at the club’s official website : www.dimc.ae
The event will be held in line with the directives of Dubai Sports Council and hosted by Emaar that provides opportunity to witness a community event in one of the most beautiful tourist destination in the region in cooperation with the Kite N Surf, which specialize in teaching various watersports in Dubai, they will provide the technical support for the said event.
As per the event time table, the event will start at 05:30 PM but the participants are expected to be there in the location on or before 5:00 PM for the Participants Briefing to further explain the race course and some reminders. Right after the event will be the awarding ceremony wherein the winners will receive a commemorative medals decided to honor our heroes / frontliners.
DIMC assured that they will implement all the precautionary measured and safety procedure issued by the government and national authorities to stop the spread of COVID-19.
