Dubai International Marine Club has announced the Dubai Kitesurf Competition 2025, set to take place this Friday and Saturday along the scenic shores of Jumeirah Beach, as part of the club’s 2024–2025 marine sports season calendar.
Registration for the competition officially opened on Tuesday, with a strong turnout anticipated. Participants will compete across four main categories: Twin Tip, Freestyle, Wing Foil, and Hydrofoil.
Mohammed Al Marri, Director of the Sports and Competitors Affairs Department at the Dubai International Marine Club, emphasized the significance of kitesurfing within the club’s annual calendar.
“Kitesurfing is one of the key highlights of our seasonal events. It enjoys widespread popularity across the UAE’s beaches, with a large community of local and resident enthusiasts—many of whom have achieved remarkable success in the sport,” he stated.
This weekend promises thrilling action and vibrant energy as colorful kites fill the skies over Jumeirah, celebrating both athleticism and the spirit of adventure.
