DIMC announced the closure of registration for the “We Paddle for Dubai” happening this Friday for the first time in the Burj Khalifa Water Lake. The organizing committee has completed the maximum number of participants for the upcoming event which is supported by Dubai Sports Council and hosted by Emaar where the event will be held and in cooperation with the Kite N Surf for providing technical support.

The organizing committee would like to thanked everyone for the support and interest in joining the said event and apology to those who were not able to register. The initiative (We Paddle for Dubai) that targets participation from the various segment of the society had gained a huge turnout that’s why the committee announced to stay tuned for the club’s upcoming season. 

As per the event time table, the event will start at 05:30 PM but the participants are expected to be there in the location on or before 5:00 PM for the Participants Briefing to further explain the race course and some reminders. Right after the event will be the awarding ceremony wherein the winners will receive a commemorative medals decided to honor our heroes / frontliners.

DIMC assured that they will implement all the precautionary measured and safety procedure issued by the government and national authorities to stop the spread of COVID-19.
