UAE Champions delivered outstanding performances at the Dubai Aquabike Race, held as part of the Dubai Aquatic Sports Festival, with the intense competition that continued until Saturday evening at Jebel Ali Beach.
Racers showcased impressive skill levels across various aquabikes categories, with strong participation from Emirati riders alongside elite competitors representing around 12 countries including Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Morocco, South Africa, Russia, Australia, France, Hungary, Austria, the Cayman Islands, and others, highlighting the event’s growing international stature.
The winners were crowned by Mohammed Harib, Board Member and CEO of the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC), and Mohammed Al Marri, Director of Sports Affairs at DIMC. Competitors battled for a total prize purse of AED 351,000, making the race one of the region’s most prominent aquabike events.

Mohammed Al Marri, Director of Sports Affairs at DIMC, said the competitions align with the club’s 2025–2027 strategy, which focuses on supporting talent development and encouraging all generations to participate in marine sports. He noted the strong presence of veterans, youth, and junior riders, with several families represented across multiple categories — a reflection of the sport’s growing legacy and continuity in the UAE.
Al Marri also extended his appreciation to the event’s success partners, particularly Dubai Police General Headquarters, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Sports Channels, and Yas Channel, for their continued support.
