Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) has announced the launch of its 2026 Summer Sailing Camp as part of its ongoing initiatives to attract young participants and promote the culture of marine sports. The camp will take place throughout July at Bulgari Beach in Dubai.

The Club has officially opened registration for aspiring participants, inviting parents to enrol their children in the camp and benefit from a comprehensive training programme that combines classroom learning with practical sailing experience. The programme will be delivered under the supervision of a team of qualified coaches in a safe, professional and motivating environment designed to develop skills and discover promising young talent.

Mohammed Hareb, Executive Director of the Dubai International Marine Club, said the Summer Sailing Camp forms part of the Club's long-term strategy to promote marine sports within the community and develop a new generation of sailing enthusiasts.

"The Summer Sailing Camp offers children and young people an ideal opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sailing, build self-confidence and develop teamwork skills under the guidance of specialised coaches and in accordance with the highest safety standards," Hareb said.

"Through initiatives such as this, we also aim to identify talented young sailors who can one day represent both the Club and the UAE in major international competitions."

The camp will run from 8 to 30 July 2026, with training sessions held twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays, giving participants the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sailing under the guidance of experienced instructors in a safe environment equipped to the highest standards.

The programme includes two daily training sessions: the first from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and the second from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, allowing participants the flexibility to choose the session that best suits their schedule.

The Summer Sailing Camp is organised as part of the Dubai International Marine Club's strategy to expand participation in marine sports across different age groups, identify emerging talent, and encourage members of the community to engage in marine activities that combine enjoyment with the development of both physical and mental skills.

Registration is available via the dedicated QR Code published on the Club's official social media platforms, while participants can easily access the training venue at Bulgari Beach.
